Farewell to Nick

Nick Presley, our Executive Creative Director is leaving the agency after 11 years’ service.

Nick joined Initials in 2008 when we were only a handful of people back in our first offices in Oxford street. Together with myself and our Managing Director, Richard Barrett, Nick has helped develop Initials into the full-service creative agency that it is today. There are no words to describe how immensely important he’s been to us as a business, and for helping to create some of our most iconic campaigns – Cadbury, Sainsbury’s, Peugeot, Fiat, Jeep, PepsiCo and most recently McLaren Automotive, to name just a few.

In his leaving statement, Nick said “I have been at the creative coalface now for 35 years, 30 of them as CD or ECD, and it now feels the time is right to take a step back and explore a few different things that are impossible to do whilst running a busy creative department full time. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved over the last decade and have worked with some truly amazing people. I am particularly grateful to Jamie and Richard for the support, guidance and encouragement they have given me along the way. I am also hugely proud of and grateful to all the creatives who have worked at Initials past and present, and one of my biggest pleasures has been to see new young talent come in to the agency and thrive. I know Initials will continue to produce outstanding work, to push boundaries and develop work that makes people sit up and take notice.”

Plans are already underway for how we progress moving forward without Nick, and news of these plans will be released in the coming months
