Burrata shouldn't be bland. Galbani wanted to step in and inspire Londoners to get creative with their cooking by showing just how versatile it can be.

We launched a 2-day Burrata Bar in the heart of bustling Shoreditch, with an influencer and press-only night to kick things off. Cheese-lovers flocked to get their free burrata fix and tucked into sweet and savoury dishes injected at the table by our skilled chefs.
