The challenge
Grand Central had something special - a way of bringing people and places together that felt personal. But in a crowded, corporate-feeling rail category, that story was getting lost.
The work
We repositioned Grand Central through the simple lens of Connecting Communities - a simple multi-platform idea with real heart. The brand became warmer, more human, and proudly rooted in the towns it serves.
