Simplify the small electrical appliance category in retail to help shoppers find the best product for their needs more easily.

The work

A research-led algorithm, activated on tablets across more than 100 stores, that matched consumers to their perfect products in line with their responses to a short survey.

Results

Stores saw a 32.8% total increase in sales value alongside a 3.65% average weight of purchase increase.
